The company has over 200 employees across 16 locations nationwide. Through its investment in Arora, Jacmel is an infrastructure investment of choice for dozens of clients across aviation, transportation and telecommunication infrastructure.
Virtual Technologies Group has over 60 years of operating history as a provider of dedicated software solutions, infrastructure, and technology services for companies requiring cyber security, VoIP phone systems, and managed IT services. The company has 70 employees across 2 locations.
Quotient Inc. has a 25-year operating history as a provider of customized IT solutions including systems integration, full-stack software development, cyber security, project management, scheduling and operational support to the U.S Government and commercial establishments. Headquartered in Columbia MD, the company has 75 employees.
Daida Imaging Services is a leading provider of document technologies services with 12+ locations nationwide and over 800 customers annually. Jacmel’s investment in DRS was completed and is managed in partnership with The HiGro Group, LLC.
EMSAR is a leading national healthcare-focused field service and equipment maintenance provider with over 500 employees. Jacmel exited its stake in EMSAR during the first half of 2021 after successfully driving the company’s rapid operational and strategic development, positioning EMSAR for its next chapter.

Infrastructure Investments
Jacmel is an investor in LaGuardia Gateway Partners which developed and operates Terminal B at LaGuardia Airport in Queens, New York, via a lease with the Port Authority of New York-New Jersey. Construction of the new terminal began in 2016 and the terminal opened in 2020. Jacmel made the investment in the P3 transaction alongside Vantage Group and Meridiam.
Representative Infrastructure Projects: Arora
Jacmel’s portfolio company, Arora Engineers, is the partner of choice for over $23 billion in major infrastructure projects. Our acquisition of Arora was a pivotal point in the formal launch of Jacmel Infrastructure, and the team has been developing relationships with key infrastructure stakeholders since 2022. Together, we are engaged with hundreds of representative end clients across aviation, transportation, education and government.
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport
Concourse D Widening
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), serving over 100 million passengers annually, is a vital component of the global aviation network. Minimizing operational disruptions is critical to all airport renovations and expansions. Concourse D, over 40 years old and the narrowest concourse at ATL, was identified for improvements to meet current and future demands. Our team at Arora Engineers was proud to work in collaboration with the Civil, MEP, IT, Architectural, and Structural teams at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, home to the largest single airline hubbing operation in the world. Specifically, Arora provided services widening Concourse D and 39 gate locations.
JFK New Terminal One
Our team at Arora Engineers provided engineering, project controls and construction phase services to the design/build team led by AECOM Tishman for the P3 delivery of the new Terminal One at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), privately financed by a consortium of labor, operating and financial partners, including Ferrovial, Carlyle, JLC Infrastructure and Ullico.
The new Terminal One aims to redefine international travel at JFK with 23 international gates, 22 of which will be designed to accommodate larger, wide-body aircraft (FAA Airplane Design Group V or VI) and a total terminal area of 2.4M SF.
MBTA Green Line Extension Construction Phase Services
Our team at Arora Engineers, working as a subconsultant to ARUP USA, Inc. (ARUP), assisted with monitoring and observing the Design-Build Team’s commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems in an owner’s representative role for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority’s (MBTA) Green Line Extension (GLX) project.
The GLX project was an initiative of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) and the MBTA to provide a direct rail link connecting the underserved areas of Cambridge, MA to Union Square in Somerville and College Avenue in Medford, MA.
